You can exercise comfortably when renting my apartment. You will find a feeling of warmth and comfort in my apartment. More importantly, the building is in the center of Ba Dinh, so traveling will be completely easy when you go to the center or visit tourist attractions in Hanoi.

When renting my apartment, you will feel like you are in a big hotel because I equip my apartment with 19 liter Lavie water bottles. There will be a washing machine and dryer in the building, you can wash your own clothes or ask the cleaning staff to help you if you don’t know how to use it. We’ll have a guide if you’re confused.
More importantly, the building is in the center of Ba Dinh, so traveling will be completely easy when you go to the center or visit tourist attractions in Hanoi.
The apartment is fully furnished like you would find in your home, so you can easily find and use the furniture in the room. In addition, the apartment also has necessary equipment such as hair dryer, air conditioner, towels, water heater, microwave, …

Food and drinks are located around the building, the special thing here is that there are popular dishes of Pho Hanoi, Pho Cuon, Bun Cha, Com Rang, … . The building is very quiet and has a lot of trees around. Suitable for those who like quiet, green areas and enjoy the beauty in Hanoi .

You can use all the functions/facilities/equipment in the apartment during your stay.
The apartment has a security guard to monitor and protect everything outside 24/24. The security guard will be responsible for bringing you to the apartment and giving you the key. Check-in time is after 2pm and check-out time is 12 noon.
We have 2 kinds off Apartment , I noted 01 ,02 and 702

– Please turn the switch of water heater on at front of the bathroom wait at least 20 minutes to make sure there is enough hot water for you. And turn off when using to avoid any accidents happen.
– Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Parties and loud music are also not allowed in our house.
– Please respect my property during your stay and do not cause any major or backcountry damage.
– The security sleep at the lobby area if you come back late you can ring the bell outside of the door please
– p/s we have many Apartments , I already take notes in the pictures , the furnitures are same but 02 will have no small balcony .
