The unit consist of 3 Bedrooms with King Size bed, Queen Size, and Single Bed and 1 bathroom, the kitchen set included all the basic things you need during your stay and the living room have Smart TV (Free Netflix and Youtube Premium Access) and 1 Sofa bed

Maximum Capacity for the Sofa Bed is 3 people or 250kg please don’t exceed the limit weight or it may break the Sofa Bed, if you need an extra bed to sleep I provide an foldable mattress on the 2nd bedroom in top of the wardrobe the cover is inside the wardrobe.

The unit using Central Air Conditioning for each room, you can set the temperature for each room as you like!

The entire unit accessible for you, and there’s a shared pool and gym on the fifth floor that you can access.

– There’s a shared indoor swimming pool on the fifth floor (5) with The Orient Hotel.

– There’s a minimart inside the building located on B1.

– There’s several restaurant, bar and lounge on the building (Furusato Izakaya, Caspar on GF 1 Min walk).

– Near to MRT station (Bendungan Hilir Station) and Transjakarta (2-3 min Walking distance.

– Near GBK and JCC (Accessible using MRT or 6-8 Minutes drive)

– 7-10 Minutes drive to Grand Indonesia.

– 5-10 Minutes drive to SCBD Area.

To be noted there will be additional charge if there’s a damage or stain that needs to be fixed or do deep cleaning during your stay
