IMPORTANT TO READ BEFORE BOOKING:

1. There is a Rp. 500K penalty if you lose the any of the key or access card (losing both will double the penalty). Please keep them safe.

2. Utility (water and electricity) is INCLUDED in the price! Being green is advocated, by turning off AC/lights/Washer when you’re not inside the apartment.

Note: that AC in the apartment is a split AC, not a Central AC. A common suggestion: turn off the AC when you are not in the unit; letting the AC continuously operates more than 10 hours will increase probability of leakage (overflowed AC drainage pipe).

Note: that the maximum Voltage of simultaneous usage is 2200Kwh. any usage above that at the same time will cause the electricity to trip and shut down.

3. Wifi is available in the unit. Fast Speed 30mpbs.

6. What does the cleaning charge in airbnb represent? It represents the full cleaning Before & After your stay (NOT during — you’re responsible to clean after yourself during your stay). It also partially contributes to the community charge of cleanliness and trash pickup service in the unit.

7. The space is NOT a service apartment. Guests will be provided 1 set of bed linens and two towels. Below is the charge to order extra necessities to be available at your check in (NOTE: any request of these additionals must be informed at least 1 business day prior to check in day):
– 1 extra Bedsheet Set (with pillowsheets) Rp. 50K
– 1 extra Duvet Cover Rp. 30K
– 1 extra Towel Rp. 30K

You can also order a 2-hour cleaning service, which includes changing all bed linens and towels for Rp.250K

8. FREE SHUTTLE BUS SCHEDULE:
Monday – Friday
Dates with Odd Number : pickup at 11AM
Dates with Even Number: pickup at 7AM, 11AM and 4PM (three pickups)

9. PETS (Need to inform me if you bring pets – Otherwise you’ll be penalized by the apt): the apartment only allows dogs/cats below 30cm in height. No other types of pets allowed to enter the premises. If you have pets, they need to be caged, often cleaned, poo-purge outside and all the time using underpad/diaper, and not allowed to sleep on the bed. there is a flat Rp250K pet fee per dog per three (3 or less) nights and Rp50k/night after that, to have your loved one with you. Any damage caused by the dog/cat will be costed to you through airbnb based on the repair bill.

10. PARKING: Free parking for less than 24 hours each day, procedure: exchange your identity with a visitor card at the security post, and park in basement. When parking exceeds 1×24 hours, the card will be blocked by the system ? so you’ll need go in and out each day before 24 hours, to avoid that. (visit the reception for above parking needs)

For long term stays, parking space is available to rent monthly basis. For motorbikes: Rp.100,000/month; For Cars: Rp.300,000/month; For making the card: Rp.50,000.

PLEASE READ: REFUND POLICY:
– To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
– You can also get a full refund within 48 hours of booking if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
– If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights.
– If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, the booking is NOT refundable, regardless if you can’t make the stay.
