Each studio unit is air-conditioned and the bathroom is en-suite.

You will find the following in your private studio upon checking in:
– Queen size storage bed (150cmx200cm) with pillows and linen
– Wardrobe
– Study desk and chair
– Complimentary mineral water
– Tea/coffee sachets
– Storage rack
– Towels
– Hair and body wash
– 32-inch TV (for Netflix and YouTube)

A kitchenette is available in the unit, equipped with an electric kettle and induction stove. However, as this function is geared more towards long-term tenants, do understand that cooking apparatus, tableware, and condiments are not included. A refrigerator (PowerPac 2-door PPF85) and microwave is also NOT included, but can be rented for a flat fee of $30 each (for stays under a month).

Our team of housekeepers will conduct basic housekeeping for you once a week, including replacement of bed linens and towels.

Utilities and Wi-Fi access are fully included in the bill!

Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available on-site.

An elevator is available for your use.
