The newly upgraded apartment is located on the 6th floor offering unblock views from the balcony and bedroom. The bedroom consists of wardrobe, working desk and Queen-sized bed. Fully furnished with complementary wifi access, a 60” 4K Ultra HD Smart LED TV in the Living room. Refrigerator, microwave oven, cutlery, utensil, pots and pans in the kitchen. Hair-dryer, iron and ironing board will also be provided.

Welcome for those who are interested in monthly rental. This well-equipped room is spacious and great for long stay and family with kids. Kids will love sleeping on a sofa bed, watching movies and shows on Netflix and swimming.

A sofa / sofa bed can be used as additional bed to serve a 3rd guest at no cost.

*There will be one time charge at THB400 for an additional bed sheet and blanket(s) in case of a request to use a sofa for an extra bed for a group of 2 and under.

Drinking water and toilet paper roll
1. Drinking water: Complimentary bottled water will be provided, with 2 bottles per booking, each with a size of 1500 ml.
2. Toilet paper: guests will receive 2 rolls of toilet paper in case the length of stay is less than 7 days, For length of stay > 7 days, we will provide 4 rolls.

House Rules
1. No smoking allowed in the unit and at balcony
2. No durian allowed
3. No shoes allowed
4. No pets allows
5. Do not move furnitures and decoration items
6. Always turning off AC and lights when going out
7. Always use an iron board when ironing.
8. No hot plate or bowl on top of any furniture
9. To repot any incident and accident to host
10. Moving furniture or decoration items are NOT allowed
11. No clothes hung on curtain rod or decor items. Guest will need to responsive for any damages
