THE BEACH & SUNSET
Set back only 100 metres from the beach, the quiet location of this villa makes it an exclusive and rare find at the price we offer. With an access path directly to the beach, you are never far from enjoying a swim in the refreshing ocean.

If it is sunsets that you are looking for then this villa is the one for you. Perfectly designed with the outdoor terrace to be north-west facing, you will be able to enjoy the astonishing Samui Sunsets all year round.

With stunning undisrupted views of the ocean and surroundings, throughout the day and evening you can either enjoy relaxing in the villa, or just with a short walk down to the beach front.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Your outdoor deck features a large under cover area, with ceiling fans to keep you cool in the hot climate, dining table, outdoor kitchen with gas grill BBQ. Also with comfortable sun loungers, the outdoor deck really is the place to relax whilst soaking up the Samui sunshine. Cool off and take a dip in your own private corner swimming pool, which also boasts amazing sea views.

There is an outdoor BBQ which you can make use of if you would prefer to cook outside and enjoy the cool evening ocean breeze, and soak up the beautiful sunsets this villa has to offer.

All seating areas are ideal for reading and relaxing in either the sun or shade – you won’t fail to enjoy the magnificent setting that this property has to offer.

INDOOR LIVING
Stepping foot inside the villa you will be greeted by the instant feel of class and elegance. The furniture is of the highest quality, altogether adding to the chic interior and luscious finish. The house showcases a gallery of artwork from around the world giving guests a cool contemporary and relaxed beach vibe.

The large indoor open-plan area features a western style kitchen with breakfast bar, coffee maker, fridge freezer, wine fridge, and full cooking and dining utensils. The kitchen and dining area can easily cater for 6, with additional stools seated at a breakfast bar adjoining the kitchen.

The dining table also doubles up as an 8 foot pool table. With space for 4 adults to dine outdoors, our guests tend to prefer to keep the pool table open and enjoy the entertainment spaces the villa has to offer.

With the living area consisting of comfortable sofas, a large 65 inch flat screen TV sits on the wall, where guests can enjoy thousands of international TV, sport and movie channels on demand, as well as many DVDs already stocked at the house for guests enjoyment.

MASTER SUITE
The master suite features a wrap-around balcony, with outdoor chairs overlooking the private pool, with spectacular views into the Gulf of Thailand ocean – a beautiful spot to enjoy a morning coffee. With a king sized bed, TV, and double jacuzzi style bathtub with even more sensational views, it really does have the feel of a 5 star luxury hotel.

ADDITIONAL BEDROOMS
The second bedroom consists of a king sized bed, TV, and en suite bathroom, featuring rain shower, WC and wash basin.
The third bedroom is designed initially as a dedicated home office workspace with floor to ceiling white board work space, adjustable height desk with a pull out double sofa bed. If the group consists of more than 4 adults, then please let us know to make up this room as a third bedroom to cater for up to 2 more adults.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES
The is a full sized double garage at the lower floor entrance of the house. Here there is space for both car and scooter parking. Inside on the ground level, a fully equipped gym, which can be used by all guests when staying at the house. A cross trainer, treadmill, free weights, multigym, as well as yoga equipment all available to use during your holiday. We also have beach equipment available including 2 stand up paddle boards for guests to use as they please.

The entire property is furnished to the highest quality for maximum comfort throughout, with air indoor areas fully integrated with air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Whilst staying at this villa you will have full access to our 2 villa managers; whatever your daily needs are we are here to help you. Whether you would like us to prepare a traditional home-cooked Thai meal with a professional chef, a driver to take you anywhere on the island, or even someone on hand to help with recommendations such as restaurants, trips and activities we really are here to offer you the very best service we possibly can.
