This 36 square meter no-smoking and no-pets apartment unit has a queen sized 160×200 bed that can be stowed away to make space for a folding dining table, and a 140×200 bed that is comfortable for watching TV shows on our 43 inch 4k LED smart TV. Bluetooth speaker is also available for you to use with your phone; kindly be mindful to the neighbours and not turn the volume up too loud.

Four stools are provided for use as a dining chair or as a make up chair or as a working chair. We also provide a multi-purpose long table in the bedroom. All of these are accompanied by 2 central unit air conditioners to ensure cool air within the whole apartment unit.

We clean the apartment unit thoroughly after every guest stay, with a mindset that when we ourselves come into the unit, it is readily available and very clean for ourselves to stay in. Cleaning will be done only once before check-in.

We provide self check in/out with access card, smart door lock, and RFID card; keeping you private and secure

We provide complimentary Disney Hotstar, Vidio, and YouTube premium accounts subscription already logged into the TV and you may use your own Netflix account as well for use together with our high-speed internet wifi.

We have prepared an electric stove, kitchen utensils, shower water heater, towels, shampoo, and soap.

We do not provide a sofa in the premise as we prioritized putting in an additional bed for a more comfortable family stay.

We do not provide a water dispenser, but we provide 2 bottles of 1500ml mineral water per 1 night stay; and we also provide a refrigerator.

We do not have a washing machine, but we can refer you to a laundry service that can pick up and deliver to the apartment.

We always launder the bed sheets and covers, as well as towels after guests check out.

We believe that this apartment unit is perfect for a family vacation, friends staycation, couples staycation, even for a weekly or monthly stay.

There is a paid parking space at Rp 4000 for the first hour and Rp 3000 for the subsequent hours, but we can help to arrange for a monthly Rp 300000 parking for a 1 month stay
